The Telford International Centre prides itself on being an accessible venue for everyone. There are disabled parking bays on-site, near to the main entrance, and there is a lift available within the venue providing access to the first floor if needed. Guide Dogs for the blind and partially sighted and Hearing Dogs are always welcomed at The International Centre. However emotional assistance dogs are not permitted.
Wheelchair users can easily access The International Centre entrances via a lift and ramps. Once inside the venue, a lift to the First Floor Conference Suites is available in the Reception Foyer.
Scooters and wheelchairs can be pre-booked prior to visiting the venue by calling 01952 281 500.
The International Centre has marked disabled parking spaces on Car Parks 2 and 4.
The International Centre has unisex, and separate male and female, wheelchair accessible toilets located on both the ground and first floors.
The International Centre has a Managed Fire Evacuation System. Safe holding areas are located on the first floor to ensure wheelchair users can be safely escorted to the Fire Exit by a Fire Evacuation Steward.
