Your tickets will have been emailed to you shortly after purchase. If you are unable to find them then please ensure that the email has not been deleted or placed in your spam or junk folder.
You will also be able to download the tickets from the ‘My Account’ section of our website, located under ‘Tickets’. You will need to have created an account at the time of purchase to use this facility.
You should print them out or bring as digital tickets on a smart phone in order to gain entry to the Show.

Each ticket will be scanned on entry and is usable only once. If you are unable to attend then your ticket may be passed to another person for entry.
Upon entry, you will be provided a wrist band to wear. You will be able to leave and re-enter the show using the wrist band.
If you have lost your wrist band then we will not be able to allow re-entry.

Children aged under 12 are free every day, children aged 12 to 16 are £5.00 per day.

The Telford International Centre prides itself on being an accessible venue for everyone. There are disabled parking bays on-site, near to the main entrance, and there is a lift available within the venue providing access to the first floor if needed. You will immediately receive your e-tickets by email, which you can print straight away.
If you need to access your tickets online, then they will be available within the account section of our website, and found under the tickets section found at https://www.thebonsaishowlive.co.uk/my-account/.
The Telford International Centre has over 1500 car parking spaces onsite, all within easy walking distance of the venue. Charges for the event will be £6.00 per car, per day.
There are multiple car parks within Telford Town Centre which are also chargeable.

The International Centre has a sustainability policy which aims to ensure that hosted events reduce, reuse and recycle the waste produced. We can also work with organisers who are looking to achieve a carbon-neutral status for their event.

Dogs are not permitted to the Show, with the exception of Guide or Assistance Dogs. Emotional assistance dogs are not permitted.
